Shipping, Payment, Return Policies
Maternity In Style is dedicated to providing quality merchandise at affordable prices. We believe in treating people like we want to be treated; honest and fair. Our Shopping Cart runs through a secure server. All information submitted to us is encrypted for your protection and is used only for the purpose of processing your order. We do not give or sell any information to third parties ever.
Shipping Policy
We ship most packages Priority Mail. Shipping will be charged at a rate of $6.00 for the first $100 of merchandise. $12.00 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $200 continuing at a rate of $6.00 increments per every $100. All orders shipped outside the United States will be charged the current shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a foreign address and would like to know the shipping charges you may request that information in the comment box of your order form (located on the second page when checking out) and we will e-mail you the total or you can call us at 435-752-9794.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your shipping date. We will credit your original form of payment minus a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by calling: 435-752-9794. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR MONEY BUT MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR DIFFERENT SIZES (PENDING AVAILABILITY).
Payment
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information on-line you have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our office hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. If you are sending in your order during off hours or holidays, please call the following business day with your credit card information. You also have the option of placing your order and paying by check or money order. You can print off your order and send it in along with your check or money order made out to Maternity In Style. We can not however accept checks drawn on non-US banks. This includes Canadian banks. When paying by check we allow 10 days for your check to clear before shipping your order.
